Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@eclecticallyme.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 525 2nd Ave SW, Unit 1117 Albany, OR 97321.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If requested, we can purchase a discounted shipping label on your behalf and deduct the amount from your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned; these include:
Digital Downloads. Because of the nature of digital download products these are non-refundable as there is no way for us to revoke a download link once it has been sent and therefore, no way for us to stop you from requesting a refund and then downloading the digital product.
Print on Demand (POD). Print on Demand products are unique and produced only once ordered, as a result we only accept returns or exchanges for POD products if the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error. In order to get a refund or exchange on a POD product, you must contact us within 15 days of the product delivery.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can supply a discounted return shipping label at your request and deduct the amount of shipping from your return
We may choose to waive the return of an item at our discretion and still offer a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
